Potassium Fluoroborate is used as a grain refining of aluminum metal cover flux for casting of light metal such as aluminum flux for silver soldering and brazing, as a welding filler in resin bonded grinding wheels, as a constituent of phosphatizing bath for the surface protection of the metallurgy of boron metal production.
